uGUI scroll view example is broken on WP8
The scroll view example does not work and throws out of memory exceptions
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project. It is the uGUI example project
2. Open scene "Scroll View" and add it to the build
3. Build & run for WP8 (debug mode)
4. Exceptions are constantly thrown:
Exception: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
Nothing except the background is visible in the scene.
