[tvOS] The number of attached joysticks increases when the app is launched through iOS device remotely after losing its focus
How to reproduce:
1. Run the attached project "TestTvOs_Joysticks_Unity2018-3-14f1.zip" on a TvOS device, with a connected wireless TV Remote and an iOS device running the Remote app
2. Press Home on the TV Remote to return to the OS's home screen
3. Run the app again from the home screen
4. Notice the number of attached joysticks increases. This happens every time the app loses/gets focus.
Expected result: The number of attached joysticks should not increase when the app is relaunched after it loses/gets focus
Actual result: The number of attached joysticks increases when the app is relaunched
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a6
Xcode 10.2.1
Apple TV, tvOS 12.2.1
iPhone XR iOS 12.0 used as a Remote
Note: This issue does not happen if you only have the TV Remote attached, or if you have a TV Remote and wireless gamepad attached.
