[tvOS] iOS plugins are included in Apple TV projects when building
To Reproduce:
1. Open the attached project, observe that there several plugins in it:
- BonjourClientImpl_tvOS.m/h is marked as in tvOS only in import settings
- BonjourClientImpl_iOS.m/h should only be included for iOS
2. Build the project for tvOS, observe that only the iOS plugin is included in the Xcode project, and one the which is marked as tvOS only is not even included.
