Tutorial Window Highlighter Renders Behind Inspector Header After Docking
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project with MR Multiplayer Table Template
- Follow the Network Setup tutorial provided
- Observe when the window highlighter (i.e., the blue ping) is on the Inspector
- Undock the Inspector window and then dock it somewhere else
- Observe the behavior of the highlighter UI after redocking

Actual results: The highlighter/ping animation appears behind the Inspector Components header/name, making it partially or fully obscured
Expected results: The highlighter/ping animate correctly and appear above all UI elements, including the Inspector header
