Trying to select the last property in the animator window, when it has to scroll, jumps and selects property above
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "DemonstrateAnimBug" scene
3. Select test game object and open Animation Window
4. Expand all of the properties
5. Scroll the view to the complete end
6. Try to select the last property
Actual: It will jump up and select the property above
Expected : View doesn't jump and the right property is selected
