"Trying to add Handle for graphic rebuild" error appears during Play mode when dynamically resized InputField has a scrollbar
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "1408532_TMProInputFieldBugReport.zip" project
2. Open the "20 - Input Field with Scrollbar" Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: There are no errors
Actual result: "Trying to add Handle for graphic rebuild" error appears
Reproducible with: 2.1.6 (2019.4.36f1), 3.2.0-pre.2 (2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1), 4.0.0-pre.1 (2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7)
