[TriggerCollider] OnTriggerStay is not called for child objects
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open and play 'trigger' scene
3. Open the scene view and move the 'Parent' game object over other cubes in 2D view
4. See the console as you move the 'Parent'. Notice only OnTriggerEnter() functions get called. OnTriggerStay() is not called
Note: If the 'Trigger' game object is not a child of other object, the OnTriggerStay function gets called as expected.

I noticed this issue as well today when testing out a project on the Unity 5.2 release (previously using 5.1.2f1), although with a slight difference perhaps.
OnTrigger events appear to function properly if attached to an object WITHOUT a parent rigidbody.
If instead, the object has a parent rigidbody, then only OnTriggerEnter and OnTriggerExit events are called. OnTriggerStay appears to be ignored/consumed.

I have a similar problem, but it is only reproducable in web player.
Standalone works fine, but when using web player OnTriggerStay is not called at all (script attached to a child object)
