[TreeCreator] Mouse cursor flickers continuously on editing Tree prefab property from the Inspector
While editing property in the Tree Prefab, Mouse cursor flickers continuously, refer to the attached video.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > 3D Object > Tree
3. Create Prefab of "Tree" game object
4. Project > Assets > Tree prefab
5. Edit any property in the Inspector
Actual Result:
Mouse cursor continuously flickers on editing Tree prefab property.
Expected Result:
Mouse cursor should not flicker on editing Tree prefab property.

2020.1.0a20, 2020.1.0a15
Working Fine in:
2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0f6
Environment:
Occurs only on Windows 10.

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
TreeCreator is being deprecated. TreeCreator will only be available as a package in GitHub, where Unity developers and users will be able to contribute to its development and maintenance. To support this move, we are suspending bug fixes until the TreeCreator is a package. However, although TreeCreator will not available directly in the Unity Editor, Unity will continue to support any Assets made with TreeCreator'.
