Tree colliders are not rotated according to their mesh when random rotation is applied
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1248407"
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Trees in the Scene view using Physics debugger
Expected result: Trees with enabled random rotation have matching colliders
Actual result: Trees with enabled random rotation have their meshes rotated while their colliders are not
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.13f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a12
