[Tooltips] Custom radius on collider blocks shows the wrong tooltip.
Repro steps:
1. Add any Collider block in update (AABox, Cylinder, Sphere, etc.)
2. Change Radius Mode to Custom
3. Mouse over Radius and observe the tooltip (img attached).
Expected:
Radius tooltip to describe the custom particle radius.
