TMPro culls UI Text under a RectMask2D under certain circumstances
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "2018.4_TMPro_Mask.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe Game view
4. Exit Play mode
5. In Hierarchy, select "Viewport" object
6. In Inspector, disable and enable "Rect Mask 2D" component
7. Observe Game view (the text reappears until the next Enter Play mode)
Expected result: in step 3 the text is visible
Actual result: in step 3 the text is invisible
Reproducible with: 2018.4.22f1 (1.5.0-preview.10), 2019.3.12f1 (2.1.0-preview.10), 2020.2.0a9 (3.0.0-preview.10)
Could not test with: 2017.4 (text mesh pro errors)
