[TMP] InputField (TMP) stays in Highlighted state when it should be Selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Case_1210496" and load SampleScene
2. Press Play
3. Hover over InputField (TMP) GameObject in Game view
4. Click on the TMP Input Field
Expected result: InputField (TMP) goes from highlighted to pressed and then selected
Actual result: InputField (TMP) goes from highlighted to pressed and back to highlighted
Reproducible in: 0.1.2 (2019.2.18f1), 1.4.0 (2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0f4), 2.0.1 (2019.2.18f1, 2019.3.0f4), preview.3-2.1.0 (2019.3.0f4), preview.3-3.0.0 (2020.1.0a19)
Could not reproduce in: 2017.4.36f1 (no Package Manager), 2018.4.15f1 (no Selected state)

Resolution Note (fix version 2.1.0-preview.4 & 3.0.0-preview.4):
This issue has been resolved. The fix will be included in the next release of the TMP package which will be version 2.1.0-preview.4 for Unity 2019.x and version 3.0.0-preview.4 for Unity 2020.x.
