[TMP] Dropdowns end up with leftover blockers when showing and hiding them with time delay
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (TMP_DropDown_Bug)
2. Open Window > General > Test Runner
3. Select the 'PlayMode' tab
4. Run All tests
Expected result: the test passes successfully
Actual result: the test fails(expected 1 blocker, was 2)
Reproducible with: 2018.4.12f1, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.3.0b10, 2020.1.0a12
Reproducible with package versions: 1.2.4, preview.1 - 2.1.0
Could not test with package versions: 1.2.3(Issues with TMP and Test Runner)

Resolution Note (fix version 1.5.0-preview.3 & 2.1.0-preview.3):
This issue has been resolved. The fix will be included in the next release of the TMP package which will be version 1.5.0-preview.3 for Unity 2018.4 and 2.1.0-preview.3 for Unity 2019.x or newer.
