Timeline MarkerTrack gets assigned when turning on the "Show/Hide Timeline Markers" Setting

Package: Timeline

-

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1410615.zip" project
2. Open the "New Timeline" Playable Asset using an IDE
3. Find "m_MarkerTrack: \{fileID: 0}" in the code
4. Double Click on "New Timeline" Playable Asset in the Editor to open the Timeline Window
5. Turn on and off the "Show / Hide Timeline Markers" Setting and Save
6. Focus your IDE and look for "m_MarkerTrack: \{fileID: 0}"

Expected result: "m_MarkerTrack: \{fileID: 0}" is found and "fileID" stays 0
Actual result: "m_MarkerTrack: \{fileID: 0}" is assigned a value, meaning the marker didn't get unassigned

Note:
- Reproducible on a new project
- To verify that it is reproducible on other streams, new projects were created
