Timeline last frame is not evaluated as expected when the end of the timeline preview is reached
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "MASTER-TL.zip"
2. Open "controlledtimeline 1" scene
3. Preview or Runtime Play the Timeline
Expected result: “Asset Did not Reach end of Timeline!” Error in the console
Actual result: No error is thrown
Reproducible with - 1.6.0-pre.5 (2019.4.27f1), 1.6.0-pre.5 (2020.3.11f1), 1.6.0-pre.5 (2021.1.8f1), 1.6.0-pre.5 (2021.2.0a18)
