[Timeline] Clips are pasted with invalid playable assets when copy pasting several tracks at once and reopening the project
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Create a Timeline asset and open it in the Timeline
3. Create two activation tracks
4. Select all the activation clips and copy-paste them
5. Save and reopen the project
Expected: The clips are pasted with valid playable assets
Actual: Pasted clips are shown with yellow triangle “!” icons and the tooltip says “This clip does not contain a valid playable asset”.
Reproducible with: 2018.2.0b8, 2018.2.1f1, 2018.3.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.9f1
