Tiled sprite doesn't work in WebGL in Microsoft Edge browser
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (TiledSpriteTest.zip)
2. Build for WebGL and run it on Edge browser
3. Observe that sprite is not tiled
Expected: tiled sprite works in WebGL on Edge browser
Reproduced in 5.6.5p2, 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.1p3, 2018.1.0b10, 2018.2.0a3
