Tile Palette Brush Pick and Tile Palette Clipboard overlay indicators in Scene View look the same
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Open Tile Palette
3. Activate both Tile Palette Brush Pick and Tile Palette Clipboard overlays
4. Observe Scene View
Expected result: Overlay indicators have at least 1 identifying visual to separate them
Actual result: Overlay indicators can only be differentiated between when hovered over
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
Can't test with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.10f1 (Functionality not implemented)
Reproduced on: Windows 11, macOS Monterey M1
