There's a noticeable performance impact when using Settings Manager with Perforce and Polybrush
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Connect the project to Perforce
3. Open the Polybrush Window (Tools->Polybrush->Polybrush Window)
4. In the Polybrush window, select the "Scatter Prefabs on meshes" tool
5. In Scene View, rotate the camera around
6. Notice the performance impact
Expected result: There's no noticeable performance difference
Actual result: There's a noticeable performance impact when Perforce is enabled
Reproducible with: 1.0.3 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a3)
