The warning label does not appear if an organization is not selected when creating a project
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the Hub
2. Click on ‘New project' button
3. Observe the Hub’s window
Expected result: The 'Created project' button is disabled and a warning label appears and explains why this button is deactivated
Actual result: No label is shown
Reproducible with: 3.7.0
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
