The timeline window is changing when it's locked and the sequence is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached file "New Unity Project (76).zip"
2. Open the sequence window (Window>Sequencing>Sequences)
3. In the Sequences window expand New Master Sequence
4. Open New Master Sequence Timeline (Assets>Sequences>New Master Sequence>New Master Sequence Timeline)
5. In the Sequences window select s1
6. Lock the Timeline window with the lock
7. In the Sequences window select s2
8. See how the Timeline window changed to s2
Expected result: Timeline window is locked and it's not changing
Actual result: Timeline window changed to s2
Reproducible with: 2020.3.15f2, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2019.4.28f1 (No sequences window)
