The previous state stays active and the "OnEnterState" event can't be called anymore when a state is entered using the "Any State" node

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user project ““
2. Open Scene “SampleScene“ (Assets/Scenes)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press “S”, ”Space”, ”Space”, and then press the same buttons again

Expected result: The “ThirdState” GameObject appears
Actual result: The “ThirdState” GameObject doesn’t appear

Reproducible with: 1.7.8, 1.8.0 (2021.3.14f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a19)
Can’t test with: 2020.3.42f1 (errors in the Console)

Reproducible on: macOS (12.5 Intel)

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Unfortunately, after careful consideration we will not be addressing your issue at this time, as we are currently committed to resolving other higher-priority issues.
    With the delivery of our latest release, we are now focusing on investigations and discovery to better determine how UVS needs to evolve to deliver on our broader goals, as well as being the right solution for future production needs.
