The outline of a GameObjects flickers in the Scene view when Scene View Anti-aliasing and Animated Material are enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "HDRP2019.4.17.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enable the "Animated Material" option in the Scene view
4. Select the "Sphere" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
5. Observe the "Sphere" GameObject in the Scene view
Expected result: No flickering on the GameObject is visible
Actual result: The outline of the GameObject is flickering in the Scene view
Reproducible with: 7.5.2 (2019.4.18f1), 8.0.1 (2020.1.0b6)
Not reproducible with: 8.1.0 (2020.1.0b6), 8.3.1 (2020.1.17f1), 10.2.2 (2020.2.2f1, 2021.1.0b2), 11.0.0 (2021.2.0a1)
