The ObjectField is incorrectly clipping previews when it is shown at a large size
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Bug.zip"
2. Open Window/Bug
3. Move down the scroll view
Expected results: The red texture is not clipped at the top
Actual results: The red texture is being clipped at the top
Reproducible with: 2021.3.32f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0b18, 2023.3.0a14
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
Thanks for the report. As we transition to UI Toolkit, we can only address major regressions with IMGUI going forward. We are unlikely to be able to resolve this issue anytime soon.
