[Mobile] The Material is not visible when using the Decal Renderer Feature
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “reproproj” project
2. Build And Run the project on the device
3. Observe the device’s screen
Expected result: The decal is visible
Actual result: The decal is not visible
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b1, 6000.0.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.29f1, 2023.1.0a26
Could not test with: 2021.3.38f1 (doesn’t render the scene)
Testing environment: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by user)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
