Asset refresh is slightly slower when Hidden Meta Files are used (at least on ADBv1)
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Set version control to Hidden Meta Files
3. With the mouse focus and unfocus the editor window
4. Notice that on focus there is a blue circle loading
Actual result: there is a loading circle when focusing back to the editor when version control is set to Hidden Meta Files
Expected result: there should be no loading circle when focusing back to the editor when version control is set to Hidden Meta Files
Reproduced with: 2018.2.21f1; 2018.3.13f1; 2019.1.0f2; 2019.2.0a12
Not reproducible on: 2017.4.26f1; 2018.1.9f2
