Regression
Yes
The Inspector window indicates that there are unapplied changes after changing the setting enforced by a postprocessor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. In the Project window select the 'pexels-photo-242616.jpeg' texture
3. Change the Texture Type of the selected texture in the Inspector window
4. Press the 'Apply' button
5. If the issue didn't reproduce, repeat steps 3 and 4 (usually reproduces within a few times going back and forth the Type list)
Expected result: The asset gets re-imported with the 'Texture type' reverted to 'Default', Apply/Revert buttons are greyed out
Actual result: The Apply/Revert buttons are still highlighted and request you to take action before de-selecting the asset
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1, 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.11f1, 2020.2.0b9, 2021.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1
