The image thumbnail scale is small when displayed in the Project window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "2022.3.3xx.zip"
2. Open the Assets/Images folder in the Project window
Expected results: Image thumbnails are large
Actual results: Image thumbnails are small
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23
Reproducible on: Windows 10
