Issue happened on 2019.2.5f1. I removed the multiplayer package (wasn't using) and resolved the issue.

This is a typical bug for this version. I was often written about her. This is a very important project for a project for students, so this error must be fixed very quickly. I think the easiest way to solve this problem is to roll back the update of this project. Since I work in the field of programming and you suddenly have problems writing papers for college, you can visit our website Paperial. It will make your life a lot easier. You can save your time. If you have questions, then you can write to me personally.

, remove the file
Library/ScriptAssemblies/com.unity.multiplayer-hlapi.Runtime.dll
and now build works again, once only. The file-removal procedure has to be repeated for every build -

Me too. For some reason Unity changes my folder to Read Only every time I open a scene, even if I ticked it off before. Any clue guys? Thanks a lot

I solved this issue by checking that the folder was not set to Read Only in windows explorer properties
