[Windows] The Editor silently crashes if opening a project from inside a project
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a New Project
2. "File" -> "Open Project..." -> Open a project (Can be the same project, but not necessarily)
Expected Result: The Editor opens the project
Actual Result: The Editor crashes
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0p2, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.2.0a1
Did not reproduce on: 2017.1.3f1
Note:
Crash occurs 50% of the time
The crash is silent, as in, it looks like the Editor just closes without any warning
