The cursor flickers when hovering over the "Enabled" button in the "Frame Debug" window when entering the Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project ”IN_26482”
2. Open "EngineTest1" Scene in Scenes
3. Press Window -> Analysis -> Frame Debugger
4. Enter the Play Mode
5. Drag the cursor on the "Enable" button in the "Frame Debug" window
Expected result: the cursor doesn't flicker
Actual result: cursor flickers
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b1, 2021.3.16f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.2f1, 2023.1.0a24
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.2.0a21 (due to compiler errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Note: not reproducible on a new project
