How to reproduce it:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Load 'SampleScene' from 'Assets' > 'Scenes' folder
3. Click on the 'GameObject' in the Hierarchy view
4. Shrink the Inspector view so that you no longer see the full values
5. Click on the Position X field
6. By pressing the right arrow key, move the caret to the end of the value in the text field

Expected result: Caret shifts the value, and the last digits become visible in the text field
Actual result: Caret hides behind the side of the text field
