The Blackboards Attribute list scrolls down to the bottom and the Custom Attributes list is not expanded when duplicating Built-In Attributes and the Custom Attributes list is collapsed
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any Project with the VFX Graph installed
# Create any VFX Graph Template and open it
# Open the Blackboard and expand the Built-In Attributes list
# Right click on any Attribute in the list and select "Duplicate"
# Collapse the Custom Attributes list
# Duplicate another Built-In Attribute and observe the Blackboard
*Actual results:* After a Built-In Attribute is first duplicated and that Attribute shows up in the Custom Attributes list and the Custom Attributes list is collapsed, duplicating another Built-In Attribute will not expand the Custom Attributes list, the Blackboards vertical scrollbar will change in size and might scroll down to the bottom of all Attributes even though the duplicated Attribute is selected in the hidden Custom Attributes list
*Expected results:* If the Custom Attributes list is collapsed and a Built-In Attribute is duplicated, the Custom Attributes list is expanded and the list scrolls up so that the duplicated Attribute is visible and selected
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0b1
*Can’t test with versions:* 2022.3.55f1 (Blackboard is different)
*Tested on (OS):* Windows 11
