Texture2D.Reinitialize throws error when resizing with a compressed TextureFormat
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open scene 'Scenes/SampleScene'
3. Enter Play mode
Expected result: The texture is reinitialized
Actual result: An error is thrown: Can't resize to a compressed texture format
Reproducible with: 2021.2.12f1, 2022.2.0a5
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1 (Texture2D.Reinitialize not available)
Note:
If testing on a custom texture, make sure that the texture has 'Advanced -> Read/Write' checked
