Texture with straight lines becomes distorted in built scene, when 'Resizable Window' is enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Build and run scene( run built scene in 640x 480 windowed mode, for more clear repro, resize window)
3. Disable 'resizable window' in player settings
4. Build and run scene
Expected: built scenes in 2nd and 4th step will look identical
Actual: when resizable window in player settings is enabled, lines are distorted
Reproduced on: 5.5.3p3, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b4
