Texture Filter Mode is ignored when set on external native Texture
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Play the "MinimalPlayback" Scene
3. Pause the Scene once the Image appears
4. Open Scene View and Zoom as close as possible to the "VLC Screen 1" GameObject
5. Select "VLC Screen 1" GameObject in the Hierarchy
6. Expand the Material Component of the "VLC Screen 1" GameObject and double-click on the Texture
7. Change Texture Filter Mode from Bilinear to Point
9. Change Texture Filter Mode from Point to Bilinear
Expected result: Textures' appearance changed when changing Filter Mode from Bilinear to Point
Actual result: Textures' appearance changed when changing Filter Mode from Point to Bilinear
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0b9
Note: in 2021.2 and 2022.1 streams Textures' appearance corrects itself when you open the Texture
