TextMeshPro errors are in the Console when creating a new project with 3D (URP) or 3D (HDRP) templates
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the 3D (URP) or 3D (HDRP) template
2. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are in the Console
Actual result: Errors regarding TextMeshPro are in the Console
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 2023.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.26f1, 2022.2.20f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a13
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Note: Deleting the TextMeshPro package will get rid of the errors

This issue no longer repros in 2022.3.16f1 so we'll be closing it. If it appears again, please reopen it.
