TextMeshPro Components section Labels are not centered in their bounds
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any Project
# Create any TMP GameObject and select it in the Hierarchy
# Observe the TextMeshPro Component and it's section Labels
*Actual results:* Section Labels in the Components like "Text Input" or "Extra Settings" are not centered in their bounding box, there are no margins on the bottom
*Expected results:* No UI element is touching their bounding box
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.35f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.8f1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.40f1
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Sonoma, Windows 11
