Text Mesh Pro doesn't compile using .NET Standard 2.0
To reproduce:
1. In a new project, install Text Mesh Pro 1.2.1
2. Change scripting runtime to .NET 4.x
3. Change API compatibility level to .NET Standard 2.0
Expected: Text Mesh Pro compiles with .NET Standard 2.0
Reproduced in 2018.1.0b6, 2018.1.0b8
Did not reproduce in 2018.1.0b5, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.2.0a2
Regression introduced in 2018.1.0b6
Fixed in 2018.1.0b9
