Text in ContentSizeFitter goes out of bounds w/ "Preferred Size" in Vertical Fit
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project "UITestAppVideo.zip"
2. Open and play "TestScene" scene
3. In the game view you can see a panel w/ scroll bar, scroll to the top
4. You can resize the panel by dragging its lower right corner, make it wider
5. Notice that the text goes down and out of bounds, while scroll bar stays at the top
