Text editing rectangle is offset from its UI Element in UI Builder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Open Window>UI Toolkit>UI Builder
3. Add a button
4. Increase the size of the button vertically to make it closer to a square
5. Double click the button to change its text
Note: this is also visible with a Toggle, Slider and other elements to a lesser extent
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a3, 2023.1.0b5, 2022.2.0a1, 2022.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a5
