[Android] Tex2DMS doesn't work on Mali GPU OpenGLES3
Step:
1. Build apk with OpenGLES3 and install the apk on a Mali GPU phone
2. Observe result with other devices
Expected and actual result please refer to attached picture.
Note:
The issue on Vulkan are reported in another bug report #1005194
All tested devices and api returns 1 for SystemInfo.supportsMultisampledTextures
Reproducible device: Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (SM-N950F, Mali GPU), S9+ (SM-G965F, Mali-G72)
Not reproducible on this device: Google Pixel 2
Reproducible in : 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b8, 2017.3.1p1
Won't fix: drivers issue, Tex2DMS works if render target does not use depth and stencil buffers
