Tests can not be selected separately when they have identical paths
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "IdenticalPaths.zip"
2. Open the Test Runner window (Window > General > Test Runner)
3. Select one of the 'Test' tests in a bottom level namespace
Expected result: only one test is selected
Actual result: two tests are selected
Reproducible with: 1.1.22, 1.1.27 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a4)
Note: if Unity was closed with the Test Runner window open, delete the 'UserSettings' folder before reopening or no tests will be shown and an error will be outputted:
ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added.
