TestRunner: "Create Test Script in current folder" button activity status does not update if Test Runner window is deselected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new project
2. Open Test Runner window
3. Create and enter the 'Editor' folder
4. Notice that "Create Test Script in current folder" button status does not switch to active
5. Click on the Test Runner window
6. "Create Test Script in current folder" button status is active now
Expected result: "Create Test Script in current folder" button activity status should update if Test Runner window is deselected
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2017.1.0b5, 2017.1.0a5
Not reproduced in: 2018.1.0a4, 2017.3.0p4
Regression since: 2017.1.0a5
