Terrain's height is being changed to the hole's height and set back to 0 when making holes during runtime
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "TerrainBug" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the "Terrain" GameObject (better visibility in the Scene view)
Expected results: The terrain's height is stable, the terrain isn't "bouncing"
Actual results: The terrain's height is set and reset every time a hole appears, the terrain is "bouncing"
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b9, 2020.2.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.0b8, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3
