TerrainData.SetHeights() doesn't update terrains tree colliders
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download Test.zip and open "main" scene
2. Enter play mode
3. Walk through instantiated tree (Controls WASD).
Expected results: Player collides with tree
Actual results: Player walks through tree
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0b5, 5.6.0p1
Not reproducible with: 5.5.3p3
