Terrain connection points are visible at certain distances/angles when Terrain with Auto connect and Heightmap is used
To reproduce:
1. Open project ("TerrainSeamsBug.zip")
2. Focus "CAMERA 1" and then look at the "CYLINDER" object
3. Notice there is a subtle connection line on the terrain below the cylinder between the "Terrain: Bottom Right" and "Terrain: Top Right" Terrains
Actual results: Terrains do not match properly, you can see where one Terrain ends and another starts
Expected results: all Terrains match, and the connection points aren't visible
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a8, 2018.3.0b5, 2019.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.4f1, 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.3.0a7 (because of incompatible features such as Auto connect)
