[Terrain] When painting Terrain and saving project mid-paint, all changes are reverted
Repro:
1. Create/open a project in 2019.1
2. Create new Terrain object via the Hierarchy Context Menu
3. Select the Raise/Lower Height Tool
4. Start painting on the Terrain
5. While painting, press Ctrl + S to save the project
6. Changes to Terrain heightmap will be reverted
We should probably flush all modifications to Terrain heightmaps and alphamaps in this situation. Giving it Severity of 1 because of the data loss
