Using Brush to Raise or Lower Terrain while baking lights Editor crashes
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Create a new Terrain Object
3. Select Brush and Select Raise or Lower Terrain
4. Use Raise and Lower Brush on Terrain while baking lights
Actual Result: Editor Crashes
Expected Result: Terrain raises
Note: This is not occurring every time(6/10)

2019.3.0a1, 2019.2.0a13
Environment:
Windows 10 only
