HDRP Decal Projector "Rendering Layer Mask" overwrite hidden when the value is changed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-100400” project
2. Enter Prefab Mode by double-clicking the “PrefabParent” Prefab in the Project window
3. Select the “DecalPrefab” Prefab in the Hierarchy window
4. Change the “Decal Layer” value in the Inspector window
5. Right-click on the “Decal Layer” label
Expected result: “Decal Layer” label is highlighted as an override and the context menu is brought up
Actual result: “Decal Layer” label does not change, and the context menu is not brought up because of “IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.” error
Reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.3f1, 6000.2.0b1
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
